White Chocolate Cherry Breakfast Pizza

Breakfasts lately: sweet breakfast pizzas with all the works. Today was a protein pizza base (with maximum diameter :D), sweet white chocolate 'frosting', fresh cherries and strawberries, raw cacao nibs, white chocolate cake batter nut butter drizzle (youfreshnaturals brand), and chocolate halotop creamery low cal ice cream.   • 2 egg whites
  • 2 TBSP pumped up pancakes protein pancake mix
  • 1 TBSP whey protein
  • 1 TBSP water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 stevia packet

White Chocolate Frosting

  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP sugar free white chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 stevia packet
  • water to thin

Toppings

  • 6-7 cherries
  • 2-3 strawberries
  • 1 TBSP raw cacao nibs
  • 1 TBSP white chocolate cake batter nut butter (youfreshnaturals brand)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate halo top creamery ice cream (it's low calorie, high protein, low sugar!)

Blend all of the pizza base ingredients - I use a magic bullet for convenience. Spray a large pan with nonstick spray and pour your batter in; it will be somewhat thin. Let cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to pull from the sides, flip, then cook another 2 minutes until the batter in fully cooked. Remove and let cool.While the pizza base in cooling, mix all of your icing ingredients. I add 1-2 TBSP water until the frosting is the consistency that I desire. Spread this evenly on top of your pizza base. Chop the fruit, and place on top of the pizza. Then sprinkle on the cacao nibs, drizzle the nut butter, and top with your healthy ice cream.
